Discover a new Moimir Papalescu project under a typical Czech name Die alten Maschinen.

In contrast to the parallel development of the Magnetik, this band is more oriented towards electro, called by the band members 'Robo-pop'.

The virtual collaboration of the band (apart from Moimir, there is the indispensable Peter Van Krbetz - PVK, and also another hero of the 80s, Leon Stevenson, the drummer and the front man of the Canadian Extras) with the foreman of the legendary new-wave band Devo, Gerald Casale, has developed from the initial testing on the vinyl 'To Be Or Not' into a project which has produced the first official album. It will be called "Songs About Love And Machines" and will be released on 11 November, 2010 by the X Production label.
